Modus Operandi

The way NXT-alliance® operates matters to us, our clients and consultants. Our processes and behavior, as described in our business principles, aim for the best result, the highest quality of deliverables and engagement. Methodological pursuit of quality results are critical to protect our brand and provide assurance to our clients. At NXT-alliance® we distinct three core processes: development and planning of the change program, allocate the best and brightest to deliver and manage the engagement.

These three core processes make up our Quality Assurance Model.

1. Program Development
In this phase our partners, assisted with appropriate experts, work alongside with our clients to understand the scope of the change endeavor. Issues, culture, constraints et cetera are being reviewed and analyzed. From this work we collaboratively identify and plan work streams and profile their human talent resourcing needs.

2. Consultant Resourcing Process
Through this process we build a project team specifically for the requirements identified. For resourcing potential the world is our talent pool, as we are not limited to employed consultants or our networks. The functional expertise and personality aspects of candidate consultants will be assessed and matched with each unique profile. Clients are an integral part of this “matching” activity. Our business principles are a critical selection criterion.

3. Engagement Management
This is a continuous process that ensures that agreed milestones and deliverables are being achieved and the work is adjusted to changes. Ongoing project performance is being reviewed including stakeholders, milestones and deliverables, satisfaction , risk and actions.
